Lead Blast is a marketing agency based in Sydney, NSW, providing lead generation and appointment-setting services to renovation and trade businesses across Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” means Lead Blast; “you” means anyone who visits our website, submits an enquiry, or engages our services.

We only collect information we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

Information you give us

• Your name, email address and phone number when you submit our contact form, book a call, request a quote or estimate, download a resource, or complete our Facebook Ads audit or virtual assistant enquiry forms.
• Details about your business and project — such as your trade, services offered, typical job value, location, budget and project scope.
• Any other information you choose to include in a message, call or email to us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, referring website, approximate location, device type and browser.
• Interaction data captured by analytics and session-recording tools (for example, clicks and scrolling behaviour).

We do not deliberately collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act), and we ask that you do not send it to us.

• To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To qualify enquiries, follow up with you by phone, SMS or email, and book appointments.
• To deliver, manage and improve the services you have engaged us for.
• To send you marketing communications about our services — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to an SMS, or emailing us.
• To improve our website, our advertising and the user experience.
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

If you engage us as a client, we may also process personal information belonging to your leads and customers on your behalf. Where we do, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information, and we handle it only to provide our services to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only to the extent they need it:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for enquiries submitted through our website.
• GoHighLevel — our CRM, used to manage enquiries and send follow-up SMS and email.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising delivery and measurement, including the Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Google — analytics and advertising measurement, where used.
• Hotjar — anonymised session analytics and heatmaps to understand how our site is used.
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing for products purchased through our site. We never see or store your full card details.

We may also disclose information where we are required or authorised to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.

Several of the providers listed above store and process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. By providing your information, you consent to this overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards, but we cannot guarantee that overseas recipients will handle your information in a way that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure traffic, and make our advertising more relevant. This includes advertising and analytics cookies set by Meta, Google, Hotjar and Vercel.

You can control tracking in a few ways:

If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing.
